"Seems okay, just check everything first"
I haven’t actually bought anything from EQUIPMENT, so I can’t speak from a full experience, but after browsing around, it looks average to me. Like with any used equipment site, I’d definitely double-check the listings and prices. I’d also ask for extra photos, serial numbers, and clear delivery details before sending any money. Doesn’t seem bad, just one of those sites where you gotta be careful.

Dealing with their customer service was a joke. The replies were rude, unhelpful, and felt like they couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum. I’m still sitting here with no refund and no real answer. Total waste of time.

I’ll admit I was mostly focused on the item price and shipping, but the extra fees didn’t really stand out until checkout. By the time I saw the final total, it felt like they came out of nowhere.

It just didn’t feel very professional to me. The replies were short, kind of rude, and I had to ask the same questions more than once to get a clear answer. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I was being chased instead of helped. I wouldn’t use them again.

The loan itself was okay, but the terms felt way too locked in for me. I have a couple slower months each year and was hoping there’d be some flexibility with payments, but there really wasn’t much room to adjust anything. What made it more frustrating was trying to get help and feeling like support was just sending copy-paste replies instead of actually addressing my situation...

The funding process took way longer than they said it would. It was kinda frustrating because the updates were super slow, and I had no clue what was going on half the time. Made it really hard to plan anything, not gonna lie.

"Credit approval was way harder than promised"
I tried using equipmentfr.com because it sounded like getting credit approval would be straightforward, but that was definitely not my experience. The whole process was confusing, and I couldn’t figure out what documents they needed or why my application wasn’t moving forward. They make it seem like they’ll guide you through it, but that promise fell flat. I waited around expecting some kind of update or clear answer and got basically nothing. If you need financing figured out quickly, this was more frustrating than helpful.

"The prices kind of shocked me"
I checked out equipmentfr.com while I was comparing rates, the prices made me do a double take. I was really hoping to find a decent deal, but the rates just didn’t feel competitive at all. Maybe it works better for other people, but I found better prices elsewhere quickly, so I couldn’t really justify sticking around. I just moved on because it didn’t feel worth the stress

"Approval took way too long"
I applied thinking the approval would be quick, but it ended up taking almost two weeks. I had to call a few times to check on it, and every time I did, I kept getting transferred from one person to another, which made the whole thing even more frustrating.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it just dragged on way too long. I wasn’t expecting instant approval, but I definitely didn’t expect to spend that much time waiting and getting bounced around.

The communication was really frustrating. Nobody explained things clearly, so I kept having to ask the same questions just to understand what was going on. It also felt like no one wanted to take ownership of the issue, and I kept getting passed around instead of getting a straight answer.
